Winding Down Our Spring Litters—A Few Sweet Puppies Available

As we begin to wind down with our spring litters here at Contango Goldens, we find ourselves in that bittersweet season that always sneaks up on us. The days that once felt full of tiny paws, playful energy, and constant puppy cuddles are slowly becoming quieter.

There’s something incredibly special about raising each litter. From those first newborn squeaks to the moment their little personalities start to shine, we pour so much love, care, and intention into every single puppy. Watching them grow, explore, and bond with us is one of the greatest joys of what we do—but saying goodbye never gets easier.

Each puppy leaves a paw print on our hearts. We miss the morning routines, the playful chaos, and those quiet moments when a sleepy pup curls up in your lap. It’s hard not to get attached (and truthfully, we always do), but knowing they are going on to loving homes makes it all worthwhile.

As these spring litters head off to their new families, we are so excited for the lives ahead of them—filled with love, adventure, and companionship. That said, we do still have a few sweet pups available who are looking for their forever homes. These little ones have been raised with the same dedication, socialization, and care that define all of our Contango Goldens.
